Costa Rica tuna cannery’s effect on coastal communities
Alimentos Pro Salud S.A., the Puntarenas Company that produces a variety of different brands of canned tuna including Sardimar is one of the largest employers in the area
The claim is they supply around 5,200 direct and indirect jobs in the chain of producing cans of tuna.
